Located just south of Gray’s Lake with an incredible view of the downtown skyline, the office complex at 1963 Bell Avenue was in need of updating for modern offices. Occupied by a single corporate office user in the past, the plan was to update and modify the configuration to support multiple tenants.

The project included exterior improvements including a new steel and glass-covered entry and sleek metal panels at the entry to contrast with the existing natural finishes. Included improvements to common amenity spaces included a new entry lobby and remodeled atrium space to promote collaboration, shared conference rooms and break/vending area, fitness room, and a rooftop patio with beautiful views of the downtown skyline.
