Eastpointe Retail Center

The project is a 25,000 square feet strip retail center in Altoona, Iowa. Located on a busy street from the Interstate to the downtown, the building incorporates a lit tower on the corner to act as a beacon. Our office worked on most of the tenant design for the center including the Skinner Law Office that consists of 4,900 square feet.

Sarto

Sarto was an upscale men’s and women’s clothing store in the West Glen development in West Des Moines. The goal was to create an environment where high quality merchandise could be displayed. Quantity was never the issue with the owner. Buyer experience was the driving force behind the design.

South American Beef Headquarters

The project is for a new, two-story, 4,000 square feet headquarters for a company in West Des Moines, Iowa that imports quality beef products for wholesale distribution throughout the country.

Ted Lare Design/Build

Ted Lare Landscaping was created as a combination office, retail outlet, commercial greenhouse and equipment warehouse complex. Located on the south side of metropolitan Des Moines, the project is now the organizational hub of the company.
