Bob Brown Chevrolet replaced a multiple building dealership with an “everything under one roof” concept.

The facility is a 107,000 square foot, state of the art, dealership. The complex includes a 4 bay quick lube service building, 4 bay car wash as well as the dealership. Even though the facility more than doubled the previous dealership’s square foot size, utility bills were cut dramatically.

Our office was responsible for master planning the entire site, building design and interiors.
