Currently under construction on the northwest corner of the downtown Des Moines YMCA urban block, this apartment building will contain 53 market rate apartments.

The project proved to be an engineering feat. The building will be built over a 100-year-old brick sewer that runs diagonally under the site. Foundations and basement floor slabs were designed to withstand the collapse of the sewer should it ever fail.

Amenities include a community room, computer lab, exercise facilities, common area gaming room as well as administrative offices. Taking full advantage of the infill site, the building offers loft-style living in a central location with easy access to downtown Des Moines.
