1963 Bell

Located just south of Gray’s Lake with an incredible view of the downtown skyline, the office complex at 1963 Bell Avenue was in need of updating for modern offices. Occupied by a single corporate office user in the past, the plan was to update and modify the configuration to support multiple tenants.

Ashworth Plaza

The building is designed for multi-tenant occupancy while catering to the specific needs of its owners and larger tenants. The building sits at a major intersection in West Des Moines and features a rotated geometry that responds to the angle of the two intersecting streets.

Krause Gentle Headquarters

The Krause Gentle Headquarters unifies company operations that have were spread across multiple locations under one roof. The building serves as the nerve center for all of the Krause Gentle businesses.

South American Beef Headquarters

The project is for a new, two-story, 4,000 square feet headquarters for a company in West Des Moines, Iowa that imports quality beef products for wholesale distribution throughout the country.

Two Rivers Marketing

Two Rivers Marketing owned the General Motors Parts warehouse originally built in 1935. The marketing firm caters to industrial and agricultural clients and wished to keep the interior true to the original esthetic.

Van Maanen Electric Headquarters

Van Maanen Electric in Newton, Iowa is a 60,000 square foot warehouse and 12,700 square foot office building for an electrical contractor that has been growing and needs room for extra expansion.

Weiler Inc. Office Building

The Weiler Inc. Office Building is in Knoxville, Iowa. Currently under construction, the first phase building for the corporate administration offices is attached to the manufacturing facility.
