We decided to move our offices to a historic building on Locust Street across from the new Pappajohn Sculpture Park. The space is located in the same building as 14Forty Lofts, a project we designed that was nearing completion.

The space on the main level was originally a showroom for a Studebaker dealership and had hexagonal ceramic tiles similar to many buildings in the area that were part of the historic auto row.. We inserted two offices and six work areas in the main area. The accent walls incorporated reclaimed gymnasium flooring.
