Located at 340 SW 3rd Street in Des Moines, the building was originally constructed in 1915 as a warehouse facility of the Des Moines Brewing Company complex.

The space was transformed into the River Center venue features high ceilings, exposed brick walls, and reclaimed wood and honors the history of the building. The 6,000 square feet of space offers space for 250 guests with a large main floor and a sizable mezzanine that overlooks the main floor. There is also a private suite, and covered outdoor patio. The facility is available to rent for events from weddings and banquets to trade shows and conventions.
