The project is for a new, two-story, 4,000 square feet headquarters for a company in West Des Moines, Iowa that imports quality beef products for wholesale distribution throughout the country. 

The building program includes offices and meeting spaces, a test and sampling area for potential customers and a loading area and coolers for product transport and storage.
