Weiler Inc. Office Building in Knoxville, Iowa. The first phase building for the corporate administration offices is attached to the manufacturing facility.

The 15,000 square foot office building contains two floors of office areas. The building is designed with expansion in mind – up to two additional phases are planned which will more than double the first phase. The building exterior is brick and glass with a black ACM panel clad stair structure marking the entry approach.

A safe room was designed for an area in the manufacturing building. The room included the locker area for the plant employees and included offices above. The cost of this work was prohibitive and did not become a part of the final construction documents.
